Phoenix Family Attorney Thomas Nickel

Attorney Nickel received a B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan, and then went on to get his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. After that he began his law career as a partner at Faith Ledyard & Nickel.

During this time he represented clients in a wide variety of cases ranging from divorce, construction, estate planning, and bankruptcy. Nickels practiced there for over twenty years.

In 2013 he opened Nickel Law Office where he practiced family law, bankrupty, business law, and estate planning. He joined Leonard V. Sominsky, ESQ., PC in 2015, narrowing his focus to bankruptcy and family law.

Attorney Nickel has a strong desire to help his clients gain stability in their lives, and prides himself on being thorough and consistent in all his work. Due to his experience, Nickel brings a seasoned opinion to the table, and is able to better predict how the court will rule. He is currently a member the Arizona and Pennsylvania State Bar.
